UV printer is an updated product of inkjet printer, although it is not affected by the printing material, but also can not be separated from the scope of the ink jet, so in the process of production or need to pay attention to the use of ink. 

Plus the process of UV ink need to press the operation steps, then UV printer in filling UV ink process need to pay attention to what problem? 

1 make sure that the printer is turned on, and that the ink indicator light is always on or flashing to find out the ink cartridge. 

2 push the lever of the ink tank, and then take out the ink cartridge which is needed to fill the ink, and make the filling ink, draw the air and decode it according to the method of training professor. 

3 shift the lever lock to the unlocked position. 

4 carefully pull the empty cartridge straight out of the printer. 

5 make sure the color of the ink box is correct, and then remove it from the package. To obtain a better printing effect, please shake it slightly before installing the cartridge. 

The installation of the protection system prevents incorrect insertion of the cartridge. If you can not successfully insert the cartridge, the cartridge type may not be correct. Check packing and product number. 

6. Holding cartridges, let the arrow side facing up and arrow pointing in the direction of the back of the printer, and then fully inserted in Caojing, don't hand further push the cartridge. 

Note: if the ink indicator has been lit, it indicates that the ink box may not be installed correctly. Remove the cartridge from the above step and then re insert it. 

7 set the lever lock down to the safe position. 

Note: if you install the cartridge into the wrong slot, the INK CARTRIDGE NO (no ink cartridge) appears in the LCD screen. 

Make sure that the cartridge is loaded into the correct slot. Close the hatch cover ink. UV printer to restore the original state. 

Note: if the installation of 220 mL cartridge cartridges, do not close the hatch. 

Update the UV printer driver information, after changing the operation, use the following steps to update the driver information. 

For Windows users, click the main window tab and make sure that the display is correct. If not, click the Application Tools tab, and then click printers and options information button, manually set information. 

UV printer ink added notes: 

1 store the ink box in a place where children can't reach it and don't drink it. 

2 place the ink box in a cool, dark place. 

3 if the ink is stained with the skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If you accidentally enter the eyes, rinse immediately with water. After cleaning is still uncomfortable, please go to the hospital to check. 

4 in order to achieve better results and to prevent clogging of the nozzle, please first boot in 3 months after the use of ink. When the printer's indicator light flashes, indicating the need for a low amount of ink to replace the ink. When the indicator light has been lit, the ink needs to be replaced. At the same time the head of the liquid crystal display screen also shows INKLOW (low volume) or OUT INK (Mo Jin). 

Note: even if only one cartridge is empty, the UV printer cannot print.
