The interaction of ink, additives and fountain solution affects the drying time of printed materials. Such as: fountain solution pH value of less than 4.7, the drying time will be extended. Similarly, inappropriate additives, too low paper stack temperature, ink, such as the transition of emulsion will affect the drying. Generally, the thicker the printing ink film, the longer the drying time. 

Solution (a): 

A) select the best matching ink and paper, (consulting firm) 

B) fountain solution pH value can not be less than 4.7, 

C) avoid ink emulsification, 

D) run version of liquid additives should be added in accordance with the requirements of the supplier. 

Solution (two): 

A printing ink) smaller bits, in the pages of print ribbon,
