1, keep the environment temperature stable, avoid close to the fire, heat, etc., in order to prevent the impact of the original performance of UV ink. (placement can be inverted for two days respectively) 

2. If the temperature in the warehouse is kept constant, it is necessary to make sure that the temperature of the printing shop is close to the same. Otherwise, the printing effect will be affected (the recommended storage temperature is 25 degrees Celsius). If the temperature difference is large, should be moved to the UV ink printing workshop, UV ink adapted to a stable environment, to ensure that the ink performance can keep stable in the printing process, improve production efficiency. 

3, for some low temperature area, can not be stored in outdoor UV ink, to prevent the occurrence of gelling phenomenon. If the UV ink gel, available hot water or to the places of high temperature, the normal shape of UV ink. 

4, in the UV ink storage and management, should be the "fifo". Make sure you buy ink first use, avoid UV ink was kept for a long time and use effect. 

5, the same UV ink and other inks, also have shelf life. If the storage time is too long, will cause the ink separation and precipitation phenomenon. So UV ink cannot be stored for a long time, the general store for 1 years. 

6, for UV printing ink remaining, can not be poured into the original package, shall be sealed and stored in a dark environment. Before it is used again, with more than 100 mesh filter, and fully mixing, can be re used for printing.
